Karen Duffy is a writer and social entrepreneur. She is the author of the novels The Diary of a Teenage Girl, The End of Southern Comfort, and Little Labors, which have been translated into several languages and have been published in over a dozen countries. Her work has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, and Time Magazine. She was a finalist for the National Book Award for Young People's Literature in 2011.
