Brigitta Moon was born in Vienna, Austria. Her parents were American teachers who moved to Europe in 1938. She grew up in Vienna, Berlin, and Paris before returning to the United States for college. She has worked as an editor and publisher, travel writer, corporate trainer, and public relations consultant
She has received six honorary doctorates from universities around the world. Her best-selling books include The Moon Spell, The Moon Way, The Moon Classroom, The Moonshine Way, which has sold more than one million copies in Germany alone, and The Moon Guide to Being a Woman. Brigitta's books have been translated into nineteen languages.
