Alex Nye, born in London, England, is the author of the 2012 international bestseller "The Meaning of Marriage" (Crossroad. May 31, 2013), which won the 2013 Gold Medallion Book Award (for marriage books) and the 2013 RBC Women's Fiction Prize. His first novel, "The Bridesmaids" (HarperCollins UK; October 2011), was published in the U.S. in June 2012 by William Morrow/Harper Collins Publishers under the title "The Girl I Used to Be."
