Being responsible sometimes means pissing people off.

Colin Powell
About This Quote

We all have a responsibility to ourselves, our friends and families. We can do our best to fulfill this responsibility, but sometimes we need to take responsibility for things that someone else is responsible for. If we stick to the rules and do what we are supposed to do, if we’re on time and don’t get in trouble, then we won’t get in trouble. It’s not like we like getting in trouble or having bad things happen to us, but at least we were honest and followed the rules. But if we make a mistake, we should admit it and try to fix it for everyone else’s sake and not pretend like nothing ever happened.
