You can watch TV, play video games or surf the web, but that only shows you the surface of what’s going on outside of your shell.

But, if you’re living in your own skin, you’ll be able to see everything going on outside of your shell. You’ll be able to see life through a different lens – a lens that’s made up of all the emotions and experiences that make up life as a human being. Failing at this means you have wasted years of your life sitting at home watching TV and playing video games when you could have been experiencing life as it really is.
