About This Quote

This quote is very similar to the first. I think what the world needs is less of this and more of that. Less of the things that are harmful and more of the things that are beneficial. I’ve noticed that too many people are “doom and gloom” type people.

They look at the world through very pessimistic lenses, always thinking about how bad things are, even when they aren’t really that bad. And then there are the “glass is half full people,” who see everything as some sort of positive or wonderful thing. I’m not saying either outlook is necessarily wrong or right, but my point is that sometimes it is good to keep an open mind.
