Tim Finchem lived his early life in both the city and the mountains of Montana. His desire to be a race-car driver was realized by helping to build cars and later by racing them. Tim's passion for mountain skiing and fly-fishing would become the foundation for his greatest career achievement: building and sustaining a healthy business, and creating a culture of family and fun.
