in Education from San Diego State University as well as his M.A. in English from California State University, Los Angeles. He has taught at California State University, San Bernardino and has been a faculty member at the University of California, Irvine for over twenty years.
He is the author of two novels: "The Angel's Revenge" and "The Sword of Damocles." He also co-created four short films: "The Angel's Revenge," "The Sword of Damocles," "The Sixth Sense," and "The Dead Man's Wife." A film version of his novel, "Angel's Revenge," was released in 1994 and was distributed by New Line Cinema.
