Her third novel, Chasing Grace, was published in October 2008 and is a retelling of "Beauty and the Beast". Her fourth novel, My Fair Folly , was released at the end of 2010. It is an epistolary romance that takes place during World War II and tells the story of young love set against the backdrop of the Holocaust.

Her fifth novel, Miss Fortune , will be released in 2011. It is a retelling of "Cinderella" inspired by the Disney animated film. Aranda has also written three children's picture books: The Magical Garden (2007), Fortunes & Fowl (2008), and The Fairytale Doll (2009).
