Kakeru Yuiga is a Japanese manga artist, animator, and character designer. He has worked on various anime series. He has worked on the anime adaptation of the Yōko Takahashi novel series, Garzey's Wing. His first work was on .hack//SIGN, which he did for Studio Madhouse
He was also involved in the production of the first episode of the second season of Memories. His first work as a character designer was on A Certain Magical Index, where he designed the characters for the first season, as well as the characters of season 2. He had worked on both seasons.
