Johnny Vegas is a British comedian and actor known for his outrageous and trenchant one-liners, as well as his deadpan delivery. After starting as a stand-up comic (he was runner up in the Chortle Student Comedy Awards), Vegas went on to appear in films such as A Cock and Bull Story and Absolute Beginners, and TV shows like Absolutely Fabulous, The Vicar of Dibley, and The Mighty Boosh. His most recent work includes hosting the comedy panel show (and spin-off TV series) Would I Lie to You? for four years.
