Jane Espenson is a writer, producer, and actress. She is currently a writer for "Once Upon a Time" as well as the creator and show runner of "The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes". She has also written for such television series as "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", "Angel", "Firefly", and "Once Upon a Time". Her first novel, "A Colder War", was published in 2010.
