Hera Septyadita is a bestselling author of contemporary romance novels, and a former teacher. Her debut novel, The Nine Lives of Chloe Parker, was published in July 2012 and has since been translated into many languages including Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Romanian. The Nine Lives of Chloe Parker was also a USA Today Bestseller and made it to the Romance Writers of America Bestseller List. Her second novel entitled I'm Not Okay was released in April 2014. It is based on her real-life experiences as a teacher and contains her own original poems and drawings that she created as part of her creative writing classes at university. Hera lives in Brighton with her husband and two children.
Her hobbies include reading books and travelling the world.
