Emily Ley is a graduate of Rowan University, where she studied philosophy and the history of religion. She holds a masters degree from George Mason University and a certificate in social entrepreneurship from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She founded The I AM Movement in 2012 with a mission to inspire and empower people to live a life of purpose and passion. Her first book, The Everything Guide to Personal Freedom, was published in 2013, followed by The Everything Guide to Money & Abundance in 2014
She has been featured on Forbes' 30 Under 30 list as one of the most influential women in work/life balance. In 2015, she was named as one of Fast Company's Most Creative People In Business. In 2016, she was honored as one of the 50 Most Courageous Leaders by Vice Media.
