Elizabeth Duivenvoorde is the author of the popular political thriller, The Summer House. She was born in Holland and came to England with her Dutch family when she was four years old. After graduating from the University of Exeter with a degree in law, she moved to Italy where she studied Italian culture and history for three years before moving back to London. She now lives in Oxfordshire with her husband and two children, where she continues to work as a lawyer
Her first novel, The Summer House, is the result of a lifetime interest in both history and crime fiction. It explores how personal choices can shape our destinies and has been well-received by readers and critics alike.
