Denise Moreland is a former two-time literary agent who specializes in writing memoirs. Her memoirs, published in the Christian bookstores, have been praised by Publishers Weekly as "spellbinding." She has won an Independent Publisher Book Award for her book Scars on the Road. The book was also named winner of the 2011 Best Book Award for Spiritual/Religious Non-Fiction by the Evangelical Christian Booksellers Association. Denise lives in Colorado Springs with her husband, Phil.
