Christopher Heuertz is a former U.S. Marine who served as a SAW gunner, infantryman, and sniper. He was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for his service in Iraq and Afghanistan. While in the military, he also received two Purple Hearts and a Combat Action Ribbon
Following his military service, he went on to earn a degree in Psychology from Florida State University. In 2014 he launched a small business with a friend to provide body armor to agencies and individuals who work with law enforcement around the country. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, skiing, hunting, and shooting competitions.
