Adam M. Grant is an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He received his PhD in economics from Harvard University.
Grant's research focuses on three related topics: (1) how leaders affect workers' well-being, (2) how leaders affect the performance of their companies, and (3) how organizations are affected by leadership. He has published extensively in top academic journals including Organization Science, Academy of Management Journal, and the Journal of Applied Psychology.
