It’s important to keep your eyes open and know what’s going on around you. In today’s world, so much is going on that it’s easy to get lost in the details of daily life. Some days it feels like the news is always about something bad, and we can easily forget that there are a lot of good things happening in the world. Try to focus on the positive, and you’ll notice how much better you feel after a day when you take a step back from the news and pay attention to what’s really going on.
