Falling in love is an obsession for many people. You always hear about people who can’t stop thinking about their significant other and how much they love them. But is this really such a good thing? I think it’s wonderful to be in love and to experience the rush that comes with it, but I think that we often forget that loving someone can also be a very destructive thing. It is like trying to fix a broken object.

The more you try, the more fractured and broken you become and the further away from your original state you get. The best thing to do is just not fall in love at all, because not only are you free of pain, but you are also free of all of the effort that goes into being in love.
