In the Marvel Comics, "Tink" is a member of the Skrulls. In the mid-1990s, she was portrayed as a member of the Inhumans, but her character was later retconned as a Skrull. In this quote, Tink becomes upset with Merlyn's attempts to claim control over the Skrulls. She does not take kindly to his attempts to give peace a chance and she refuses to let him have any part of her people.
