About This Quote

This quote is my favorite because I feel like it was my own personal struggle throughout the years. When you are depressed you can’t stop yourself from thinking about how bad your life is. You can’t stop yourself from thinking about how bad your life is even when you are around people who are supportive of you. This quote helps me to remind myself that most of the time I am not thinking about my life in the past or present, but rather I am thinking about how bad my life is going to be in the future. I think that it’s important to remind myself that everything will be okay and it’ll get better.
