Hate is a very strong emotion that can often hold a person down. It can wear out the person who feels it and they may become more and more hateful as the months go by. Someone who hates people is not going to have a great life because they will be filled with hate and resentment. In the long run, they will not be anywhere near as happy as someone else. That’s because we cannot forever hate others and we cannot forever be filled with anger and regret.
