In all of his teachings, Jesus made it clear that there was a great power in love. In the Sermon on the Mount, he said that "love covers a multitude of sins." He also said that if we do not forgive our brother's trespasses then we are guilty of committing them ourselves. Love can transform individuals and can give us great power.
