In this age of self-help gurus, motivational speakers and social media, it's easy to get caught up in the idea that you have to do something to be motivated. According to a study from the University of Kent, motivation is a myth. In fact, researchers have found that people who are more motivated are actually the ones who make more decisions on a daily basis. It's not always about making a decision and then being motivated to follow through on your choice.
