The poet Sophocles said, "Don't fear the gods, Don't worry about death; What is good is easy to get, and What is terrible is easy to endure." In this quote, he encourages people to face the inevitable as though it were a task way beyond our capabilities. We don't have to fear what will happen if we die. We can be confident that we will make it through whatever comes our way. The only thing we do need to fear is fear itself.
