Yehuda HaLevi is the author of numerous books on Jewish philosophy and theology, including his most famous work, The Kuzari: An Argument for the Existence of God. He is the rabbi and scholar in residence at Congregation Kol Torah. Rabbi HaLevi received a doctorate in Jewish philosophy from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. He has taught at Yeshivat Har Etzion, Yeshiva University, and the Hebrew College of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America
For several years he was rosh yeshiva of Yeshivat Mercaz HaRav Kook, and was appointed rabbi of Congregation Kol Torah in Jerusalem. He has written more than thirty books and has served as editor to numerous academic journals and volumes.
