He has been described as "the most prominent cartoon artist in India". His cartoons have become a trademark of his portfolio and have been published in various publications across the world. In 2009, he was given the Best Feature Cartoon Award by Times Now – a first for an Indian cartoonist – at the Asian Television Awards for his work during the 2008 Summer Olympics.
