Stephen Elop is the CEO of Nokia. Elop joined Nokia in 1993, leading the company's mission to achieve a distinctive Nokia experience with innovative products and services. He also oversaw the growth of Nokia's brand portfolio with its advertising campaigns, including the iconic "I can see clearly now" phrase. During his time at Nokia, he has been instrumental in the launch of several successful products, including the Nseries smartphones, tablets, Windows RT platform, Lumia Windows Phone devices, and Nokia Music
He also managed the transition from Symbian to MeeGo. Before joining Nokia, Stephen worked for McKinsey & Company where he advised large technology companies on corporate strategy and provided corporate finance advice for start-ups. Stephen holds a bachelor's degree in history from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
