Sarah Keddar is a graduate of Tulane University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Art History. After completing her degree, she moved to New Orleans where she took on the role of a tour guide. This allowed her the opportunity to travel throughout Europe and further enhance her knowledge of art history. On June 1, 2015, Sarah Keddar was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer which left her with one year to live
In that time, she began working on a novel, in hopes that it would be published posthumously in honor of her tenacious spirit and in a tribute to the hundreds of thousands of cancer patients who have been inspired by her work.
