Ron Pearce is a journalist and author, and has worked as an editor for the "Daily News" and the "Western Herald", as well as a reporter for the "Geelong Advertiser". He has also been a columnist for the "Sun News-Pictorial", the "Sydney Morning Herald", and the "Daily Telegraph". His first book was The Secret to Success: How To Be A Leader. It was published by Random House in 1975
His next book, The New Way To Win Business: How to Win Friends and Influence People became a best-seller. He subsequently wrote several other best-selling books, including Winning With People, The Win Now Challenge, The Win Forever Challenge, and The Book of Winners.
