Grunewald has worked with more than 25,000 students on the spectrum of special needs, including autism spectrum disorders (ASD), ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, Tourette's Syndrome, dyslexia, and learning disabilities. When he was not teaching or encouraging others to be creative with their learning through his book, "The Special Child," or by writing articles for magazines such as "The Wall Street Journal" and "Smart Money" magazine, Mr. Grunewald was working on his own autobiography which he hopes to complete in time for publication in 2014.
