Prince Royce is a singer-songwriter and producer. He released his first album, EP1, in 2007 and has since released his second studio album, EP2, which was released in 2010.
Prince Royce has performed on the stages of: the MTV Latin Awards, Univision's Premios Juventud and Premios Billboard and Bailando por un sueño.
He has also been featured as a guest judge on Latin Billboard's ShowMatch on Univision. This television show is hosted by singer-songwriter Marc Anthony and celebrates new Latin music talent with a live show featuring contestants from regional competitions as well as music videos from some of the most popular artists in Latin music.
In 2013, he released his first single "La Niña de la Custodia", a single that was distributed to more than four hundred radio stations worldwide on March 2013. In March 2013 Royce announced that his next single would be "Loco", a song about being crazy for love

The song was released on June 2013 and reached number one on both Billboard Hot Latin Songs Chart and Hot Latin Songs Chart. In October 2013, he participated in the Telemundo presentation of the new masked singing competition "La Voz Kids". In April 2014, he participated in the Telemundo presentation of the new singing competition "Mi Sonido" where he sang two songs: Jackson 5's "I Want You Back" and Justin Bieber's "Baby".
In May 2014 he performed at the American Music Awards 2014 along with Enrique Iglesias, Pitbull and Enrique Bunbury. In June 2014 he performed at the World Cup Soccer Tournament 2014 during the victory parade held in Brazil. That same month he also performed at the FIFA World Cup Opening Ceremony at Estádio do Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro alongside other renowned artists such as Claudia Leitte, Claudia Leitte (duet), Ivete Sangalo (duet), Ivete Sangalo (single), Maná (duet) and Gilberto Santa Rosa (single).
On August 3rd Prince Royce won the award for Best selling Mexican Artist at the 13th Annual Lo Nuestro Awards presented by Univision at Los Angeles. On August 12th Prince Royce won an award for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance for his song "Tu Amor" at The American Society of Composers, Authors & Publishers 54th Annual BMI BMI Country Awards held at New York Citys Roseland Ball
