Oliwier Ernest Brzezinski (1898-1973) was a Polish diplomat who was the first Director of the United States Department of State's Office of Strategic Studies (predecessor to the National Security Council), and later served as Ambassador to France. He was one of several officers who served in the Polish Legions, formed by Józef Piłsudski during World War I.
