M.T. Bass has been writing for over thirty years, with two previous books to her credit. Her first novel, A Little Thing Called Life, won the Best Children's Book of the Year Award from Foreword Magazine. She has also edited several anthologies including four volumes of the Best Women's Fiction Award-winning anthology series, Living With Fiction, as well as two companion volumes, Living With Nonfiction and Living With Poetry
She is currently working on a memoir about her experiences as an adopted child.
