Mildred Aldrich is a powerful and influential writer and the author of more than forty books, including I Speak of Dreams, The Path of the Warrior, and The Woman Who Changed America. A pioneer in the field of women's spirituality, she was the first woman to lead a congregation in New York City's Jewish community. She was also the founder of the New York School for Girls and served as its director from 1923 to 1955.
