Michael Fassbender is an Irish actor. He made his film debut in the 2005 war drama The Landing of President Lincoln and gained recognition for his performance as Karl Marx in the 2009 film The Young Pope. Fassbender has also appeared in the science fiction film Prometheus (2012) and the fantasy film Snow White and the Huntsman (2012).
