Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to establishing the Davidow Foundation, Michael spent six years as an attorney with Fried, Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York City. Before entering private practice, he was a partner at Paul, Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP in San Francisco where he represented clients such as Apple Computer and Sony Corporation of America in high tech start-up companies and mergers and acquisitions.
Michael is a frequent lecturer on business and legal issues and has been named one of the "Top 25 Most Powerful People" by Inc.. Mr. Davidow is an active member of the board of directors of Prostate Cancer Canada, the global leader in the fight against prostate cancer; Operation Smile International, an organization that provides free reconstructive surgery for children born with cleft lip and palate; and The Chrysalis Foundation, a national organization dedicated to providing support services to severely abused women and their children.
