Marti Noxon is a writer and producer. She began her career as a television writer, but her true passion is for creating the stories that people will want to tell. In 1999, she co-created the groundbreaking television series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." She went on to write three additional seasons of the series and created/ran/wrote all five seasons of "Dollhouse." The second season of "Buffy" was named one of Time's Top 10 Television Series of All Time. In 2010, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Best Drama Series Writing for her work on "Buffy." She has received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing for a Drama Series for her work on "Buffy" as well as an Individual Achievement in Music nomination from the Producers Guild of America

In 2012, Marti wrote and executive produced the hit TV show, "Pretty Little Liars," which has been renewed for another season.
