Marlon Pierre Antoine is a chef, author, and television personality. A native of Haiti, he has become one of the most successful restaurateurs in America. He co-founded the Bistro Group with Jean-Georges Vongerichten. His first book, Marlon's Bistro Cooking, was published in 2003 by Clarkson Potter/Publishers
His second book, Marlon's Cafe: Recipes for Cooking at Home with Jean-Georges was released in 2008 by Clarkson Potter/Publishers.
