Los Angeles Kragie has been a licensed mental health counselor since 1997 and specializes in individual and group therapy. She holds a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling from Capella University and is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She is a member of the Association for Women's Therapy and the Texas Psychological Association, and has presented on depression and anxiety at the Texas Psychological Association Conference. She is also an avid Flyer Flyer Magazine writer, contributing articles on depression, anxiety, self-help, Christian Psychology, and women's issues
Los Angeles is happily married to her husband of 11 years; they have two beautiful children. They reside in Houston with their dog Peaches.
