Kimon Nicolaides is a Greek-American author and a former general in the Greek Army. He is also a highly decorated officer in the Greek Army and a military historian with a doctorate in history from the University of Athens. Originally from Athens, Greece, he joined the Hellenic Army in 1971. He has been awarded the highest decorations in the Greek Army, including the Military Cross
In 2004, Mr Nicolaides published his first book, "100 Years of Greek Military History." He is the founder of the Hellenic Military History Society.
