Kathleen Wynne is the Premier of Ontario, Canada. She was first elected as a member of the Ontario Legislature in 1990, and served as a Liberal Member of Provincial Parliament from 1990 to 2014, first as a cabinet minister under Premier David Peterson and then as an opposition MPP. In 2003, she was appointed Deputy Premier and Minister of Education.
