J.V. Jones is a writer and editor who began writing and publishing her own work in 1997. She has published articles and reviews in the following publications: "The Florida Review", "The New York Times", "Library Journal", "Sarasota Herald Tribune", "The New York Times Book Review", "The Chicago Tribune", "The Christian Science Monitor" and "USA Today". She was one of four authors whose short story, "Copper Penny," was nominated for the Pushcart Prize.
