Josh Bowman is an American actor. He was born in Los Angeles, California, to Robert Bowman and Julie Griffiths.He is best known for his role as Adam Fierro in the Nickelodeon television series Big Time Rush. Bowman also played the role of the lead role in the Disney Channel TV film, The Ultimate Guide to Building an Epic Summer, which came out in 2014. He starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie, "First Date", in 2014 alongside Bella Thorne and Ross Lynch. He was in the ABC Family original movie "Stuck in the Middle" (2015)
He appeared in the 2017 film The Book of Henry, directed by Colin Trevorrow. Bowman is currently active on social media with his Instagram account @joshbowmanofficial.
