John Ratzenberger (born May 8, 1941) is an American actor, voice actor and comedian. He is best known for his role as Cliff Clavin on the CBS comedy series Cheers. More recently, he was the voice of Time Warner CEO Steve Case in America Online commercials. He also voiced the character of Numbuh 86 in Codename: Kids Next Door (on the Cartoon Network) and has played characters on animated television shows like The Simpsons, King of the Hill, Home Movies, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Futurama and The Boondocks
In 1993, he won a voice acting Emmy Award for his role as Cliff Clavin in the TV series Cheers.
