Jesse Cozean graduated from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music with a bachelor's degree in vocal performance. He performed as a member of the IU Jacobs Chorale and Opera Theater for seven years before moving to New York City to pursue his career as a professional actor. After meeting fellow actor, writer, and director Victor Varnado, they formed a writing partnership that has produced several short films and feature length screenplays.
