Ingeborg H. Borg was born in Oslo, Norway and lived there until she met her husband. She moved to the United States in 1950, working as a translator for the US Army Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Ingeborg and her husband enjoyed many years of travel to foreign countries
They settled in Washington State in 1960 and retired to Normandy Park, near Seattle, Oregon. She died on January 24, 2011 after a long battle with cancer.
