Hedi Slimane is a fashion designer, who was formerly creative director of Dior Homme. He is the founder of the fashion house Yves Saint Laurent and the first designer to present his own ready-to-wear collections at Paris fashion week. Born in Casablanca and raised in France and Morocco, Slimane's first collection was presented at age 23. He has been featured on the cover of Vogue and Interview, and his work has been picked by numerous celebrities including Beyoncé, Gisele Bündchen, Madonna, Katy Perry, Naomi Campbell, Sarah Jessica Parker, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston.
