Floyd C. Forsberg was born in Buffalo, New York. He received his B.S. in vocational education from State University of New York at Buffalo and his M.A
in counseling psychology from State University of New York at Buffalo. He is currently employed by the Buffalo School District where he provides counseling services to students and staff. He has also worked in the counseling field for several other school districts including Oswego, Oneida, and Rochester City School Districts.
He has published over 35 papers in professional journals and has written nine textbooks on counseling psychology, including Child Counseling, Teenage Psychology, Personality Disorders, Social/Cultural Diversity, Counseling Across Cultures, and Professionalism in Counseling Psychology.
